I Love Yorkshire and the fruits that the Forests, Moors and Sea bring in the way of ingredients! I have met so many amazing producers since I moved here and I am really excited to turn their produce in to stunning tasty dishes.

About us


Based in Richmond, North Yorkshire Artisan creative Andy Roshay enjoys the opportunity to pursue his passion for food, produce and travel.

Combining a bespoke service for guests and locals as a private chef, producing his own spice blends, produce and sharing his expertise, knowledge and passion through tours and workshops.

Andy can provide Fine Dining, French, English, Spanish and Indian menus for up to 20 diners or we can provide a Paella or Curry Banquet for up to 60 people. So if you are planning a trip to our beautiful part of the world and would like to have a private chef for the evening please get in touch. We also run a number of food courses here in Yorkshire, across Europe and South East Asia.

Designed to make your event or celebration extra special or a perfect extra treat for your visit to Cornwall. You can hire Andy for the evening to provide exquisite food for your party. Andy uses the finest local produce and ingredients in cooking up your special meal, prepared in our kitchens and finished off at your venue we will take care of every aspect of your occassion. We provide Fine Dining, Indian, French, Modern English and Spanish dishes and menus.

PRODUCE




I am a real romantic when it comes to spices. I love the stories of spice traders traveling the globe to find new and exotic spices and I like to just the same. I have been blending spices for over 30 years and in doing so the smells, colours and textures always evokes the thought of the spice traders of time gone by.

I produce a range of Indian, Mexican, North African and South East Asian spice blends as well as producing Chilli Jam, Bacon Jam and a Red Onion Marmalade.


Charcuterie is another passion of mine and I produce a range of Chorizo Sausage as well as other cured meats.

Passionate about food, travel and photography, we run a number of food tours and cookery courses here in Yorkshire, France, Holland, Morocco and Cambodia. We anticipate adding further destinations in the future. Our Cookery trips are designed to introduce you to authentic methods, recipes, ingredients and of course great Chefs.
